This qualification reflects the role of counsellors, who work with clients on personal and psychological issues using established counselling modalities. Students will develop their own Integrative Approach to counselling through face-to-face intensives*, interaction and guidance from practice leaders within Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA).
Rather than providing a ‘one size fit for all’ counselling style, we enable students to develop their own unique style of counselling incorporating:
Training is delivered via self-paced, online activities and assessment with classroom facilitated learning. All students have access to interactive texts and a course facilitator for ongoing support.
This qualification equips you with the skills and knowledge to work in a defined and supported counselling role in an established agency rather than in independent practice and will add practical experience to an existing qualification.
Relationships Australia NSW delivers this qualification in partnership with the Australian Institute of Social Relations, RTO 102358 (a division of Relationships Australia South Australia Ltd).
This course uses a blended delivery mode of online assessments and activities with face-to-face training available in Sydney, Adelaide and Perth.
