The Conflict Resolution Workshop assists Managers to develop the skills needed to assess the situation and analyse the elements of the dispute. Participants will explore the range of possible interventions (including conflict coaching, training mediation, performance management and investigation) and use case studies to consider how to select which intervention is most likely to facilitate constructive resolution of the issues and enhance workplace wellbeing and performance.
