Let’s have a chat, it’s that simple.
We know the bushfires and the extreme weather conditions occurring around Australia are terrifying and for many, there have been significant losses. If you think it might be helpful for you to chat with someone to discuss how you’re feeling, what you have experienced during this time and/or relationship difficulties as a result of the bushfires, call us to arrange free counselling. You may be a survivor, first responder, RFS volunteer, or someone who has family in bushfire affected areas.
We understand that you may not want to burden your family or friends with your worries and the impact on you, for this reason, all Relationships Australia NSW centres are offering free telephone, face to face and online counselling to individuals and families who are impacted by the bushfires.
Our services are available wherever you are located, meaning support can be accessed without even needing to leave your property. If you can get to one of our centres, you can meet face to face with a counsellor.
We can support you with:
- Processing what has happened
- Dealing with the trauma and loss
- Relationship difficulties
- Dealing with depression
- Dealing with domestic violence
- Understanding children’s reactions/needs and how to support them
With 70 years of experience in relationship support, we offer information and services to help Australians get through tough times related to individual and family matters.
