Who is it for?
Counselling provides people with an opportunity to talk about the issues that concern them, without judgement and in a supportive, respectful environment. We are committed to supporting individuals, couples and families from the Aboriginal communities to build healthy, respectful relationships. We provide counselling services for people from the Stolen Generations and their families.
What will it be like?
When you meet with a counsellor, you will be able to explore in a safe and secure place the issues you are concerned about. Our qualified counsellors are trained and experienced in working respectfully and sensitively with diverse communities, including First Nations Peoples.

- Couples can talk about patterns of conflict , how to feel closer to each other, how to parent together and planning for the future.

How can counselling help me?
Counselling sessions can help you clarify issues, gain new perspectives and work towards change.
We provide support in managing the ongoing impacts of the Stolen Generations, including reconnecting with family members, grief and loss, family conflict or break up, parenting skills, domestic and family violence, depression and anxiety, communication problems and other issues affecting family relationships.
Counselling can support you to generate your own solutions to enhance, repair or strengthen relationships.
Making an Appointment
Sessions are usually one hour long. We understand that everyone’s situation is different and your counsellor will be able to work with you and plan your session according to your requirements.
