Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited owns and retains the copyrights to the materials found on this Site (but not materials accessed at other sites from this Site). SALE OF GOODS OR SERVICES

Unless otherwise expressly stipulated by Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited, any sale of goods or services from the site is subject to the following conditions:

Fulfilment – Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited will endeavour to provide accurate and fast fulfilment of any orders placed using the site. However, Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, postal and courier companies or any other circumstances.

Currency – All transactions are in Australian Dollars. If any amounts are shown in other currencies these are only indicative and may vary due to exchange rate variations at the actual time of transaction.

Credit Card Use – If credit card payment is facilitated by the site, Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited undertakes to use credit card details only as specified by you in relation to purchases made on the site. Illegal use of credit cards is a serious crime. Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited will report any suspicious activity and disclose all relevant evidence to credit card companies and law enforcement authorities.

All payments made via the site for training portals such as Kids in Focus and Couples Connect are performed through Stripe, a third party payment processing platform.

Refunds – Relationships Australia NSW handles requests for refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation and will comply with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Protection legislation where it applies.

All payments made via the site, including via Stripe are paid in full at time of transaction and there are no refunds, part-payments, or credits for any change of mind or circumstance. For questions or concerns about payment please contact enquiries@ransw.org.au

Product Description – Relationships Australia NSW cares greatly about the satisfaction of our clients and customers and makes every effort to ensure that images and descriptions of each product we sell is accurate and up to date. Relationships Australia NSW will make every effort to ensure that any changes are reflected timely and accordingly in our product descriptions, however there may be delays in updating the descriptions online which may result in receiving products that are different from that described. Relationships Australia NSW is not responsible if the product does not entirely match the description if there has been a change by a third party provider.

Identity fraud – You must not impersonate any person or entity or enter a fictitious name or purport to be authorised to represent any entity if that entity has not authorised you to do so in connection with your use of the site.

Errors in description or pricing – Errors may occur in the description or pricing of products or services offered on the site. Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited may cancel any transaction if any such error occurs, notwithstanding any confirmation of an order or acceptance of payment.

Any supply of goods or services by Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited is subject to any express written warranties offered by Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited or a third party.

Subject to any non-excludable rights, all other express and implied warranties relating to such goods and services are hereby excluded and the provisions of the above clause (Limitation of Liability) apply.

USER SUBMISSIONS

Any materials (including without limitation comments, feedback and information) provided by you in connection with this Site shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such materials and shall be free to use or disseminate such materials on an unrestricted basis for any purpose. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the materials that you submit, and that you, not Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited, have full responsibility for the materials including their legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

DIGITAL TRAINING PORTAL

All digital training programs listed on the site are housed on Moodle, a third-party education platform. This includes Couple Connect and Kids in Focus Online. All passwords and logins are managed through the Moodle portal and Relationships Australia (NSW) is unable to create, delete or manage account information.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Links to third party web sites on this Site are provided solely as a convenience to you and such links should not be taken to imply any type of association, sponsorship, endorsement, monitoring, approval of, or responsibility for, the linked site or its content. Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited has not reviewed any of these third party sites and should you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to this Site, you do this entirely at your own risk.

Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) will endeavour to comply with the principles specified in our Privacy Policy with respect to the privacy of personal information collected through this website (“Site”) or which is submitted to us in any form by you or by any person on your behalf.

The images of people throughout our site are stock photography and do not depict people actually in the situations they represent. All names of clients have been changed for privacy purposes.
