Coaching fees are charged per hour and are highly competitive. We also offer discounts when pre-purchasing packs of coaching sessions for your employees. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Backed by 75 years of real-world clinical experience and results, we provide a confidential, safe and supportive environment that welcomes people from all cultural backgrounds, genders and sexual orientations.

Private and Confidential

We create conditions that are conducive to open and honest conversations. All coaching sessions remain completely confidential. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, via Zoom, or face-to-face at your company's premises (travel costs may apply).

Additional Services

Our Professional Coaching service is provided as part of our Employee Assistance Program, which also includes workplace counselling. Upon request, we can provide a suite of promotional material to let your staff know about the services available to them.

Teaching and training focus on transferring skills between the expert (the teacher) and the learner (the student). In coaching, however, the coach is not the expert. Rather than give answers, the coach asks questions.  This allows collaborative identification of challenging and motivating goals, then works to achieve those goals with the energy that comes from the individual’s core drivers and values.
