<\/span><span lang=\"EN-AU\" xml:lang=\"EN-AU\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u53ea\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u963b\u6b62\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8a31\u591a\u969c\u7919\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206 <\/span>\u7372\u5f97\u6211\u5011\u6b63\u5728\u5c0b\u627e\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6539\u8b8a\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u5011 <span lang=\"EN-AU\" xml:lang=\"EN-AU\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u5011\u6700\u597d\u7684\u5c0b\u627e\u5efa\u8b70 <\/span><span lang=\"EN-AU\" xml:lang=\"EN-AU\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u4f60\u7684&#039;\u7d55\u914d&#039;\u3002<\/span><\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1452198c class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u96d6\u7136\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u5c0b\u627e\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u548c\u5728\u7d04\u6703\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u822a\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u6709\u76f8\u4f3c\u4e4b\u8655\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed4\u7d30\u60f3\u60f3\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u76f8\u4f3c\u4e4b\u8655\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u975e\u5e38\u602a\u7570\u3002\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u5118\u65e9\u505a\u51fa\u95dc\u65bc\u201c\u4f60\u7684\u985e\u578b\u201d\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u6e96\u5099\u597d\u66b4\u9732\u4f60\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u75c7\u548c\u5f31\u9ede\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u89aa\u543b\u5f88\u591a\u9752\u86d9\u624d\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u4f60\u7684\u201c\u6cbb\u7642\u738b\u5b50\u201d\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u5b9a\u671f\u770b\u4e00\u4f4d\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8cf4\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u5be6\u7528\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u7b56\u7565\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u514b\u670d\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u82b1\u6642\u9593\u5c0b\u627e\u5408\u9069\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5c31\u50cf\u5c0b\u627e\u751f\u6d3b\u4f34\u4fb6\u3001\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3001\u806f\u7e6b\u3001\u53ef\u7528\u6027\u7b49\u7b49 <em>\u6211\u4e0d\u8aaa\u4ec0\u9ebc <\/em>\u90fd\u662f\u505a\u51fa\u6b63\u78ba\u9078\u64c7\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u9ede\u3002\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u4f7f\u9078\u64c7\u904e\u7a0b\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u9019\u88e1\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u5efa\u8b70\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u5728\u5c0b\u627e\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u6216\u8f14\u5c0e\u54e1\u6642\u627e\u5230\u5408\u9069\u7684\u4eba\u9078\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u7684\u985e\u578b\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u60a8\u641c\u7d22\u7684\u521d\u671f\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u5f9e\u4e8b\u201c\u8ac7\u8a71\u7642\u6cd5\u201d\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u5c08\u5bb6\u2014\u2014\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\u3001\u8aee\u8a62\u5e2b\u3001\u793e\u6703\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u2014\u2014\u90fd\u5c6c\u65bc\u5fc3\u7406\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u5fc3\u7406\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u901a\u904e\u8a0e\u8ad6\u554f\u984c\u548c\u9f13\u52f5\u884c\u70ba\u6539\u8b8a\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u7ba1\u7406\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u7cbe\u795e\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ac7\u8a71\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u66f4\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u8a3a\u65b7\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u958b\u85e5\u65b9\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u5728\u5f9e\u696d\u8005\u59d3\u540d\u5f8c\u770b\u5230\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u5b57\u6bcd\u8868\u793a\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u6c34\u5e73\u548c\u5c08\u696d\u57f9\u8a13\u7684\u91cd\u9ede\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u662f\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u800c\u5a5a\u59fb\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u3001\u81e8\u5e8a\u793e\u6703\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u548c\u5c08\u696d\u8aee\u8a62\u5e2b\u90fd\u64c1\u6709\u672c\u79d1\u5b78\u4f4d\u548c\u984d\u5916\u7684\u8aee\u8a62\u57f9\u8a13\u548c\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5408\u683c\u7684\u5f9e\u696d\u8005\u4e5f\u5c07\u5c6c\u65bc\u5c08\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u7368\u7acb\u6216\u901a\u904e\u8207\u4ed6\u5011\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4fdd\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u985e\u578b\u7684\u5f9e\u696d\u8005\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e9b\u53ef\u80fd\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u66f4\u9069\u5408\u60a8\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u6cbb\u7642\u985e\u578b\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e00\u65e6\u60a8\u719f\u6089\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\uff0c\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u5c31\u662f\u67e5\u770b\u4ed6\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u985e\u578b\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u5f9e\u696d\u8005\u6703\u5728\u5c08\u696d\u5217\u8868\u4e2d\u5217\u51fa\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u5c08\u696d\u9818\u57df\u6240\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u751a\u81f3\u6703\u6839\u64da\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u7d44\u5408\u6cbb\u7642\u985e\u578b\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f7f\u7528\u7121\u6578\u985e\u578b\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u98a8\u683c\u548c\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u4f46\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9047\u5230\u9019\u56db\u7a2e\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>\u8a8d\u77e5\u884c\u70ba\u7642\u6cd5 (CBT)<\/h3>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u672c\u8cea\u4e0a\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthdirect.gov.au\/cognitive-behaviour-therapy-cbt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBT \u901a\u904e\u6539\u8b8a\u60a8\u7684\u601d\u7dad\u548c\u884c\u70ba\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u7ba1\u7406\u554f\u984c<\/a>.\u5b83\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u8b58\u5225\u5f71\u97ff\u60c5\u7dd2\u548c\u884c\u70ba\u7684\u6d88\u6975\u601d\u7dad\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5275\u5efa\u7ba1\u7406\u9019\u4e9b\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002 CBT \u6700\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u5305\u62ec\u7126\u616e\u3001\u6291\u9b31\u548c\u89e3\u6c7a\u885d\u7a81\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>\u8faf\u8b49\u884c\u70ba\u7642\u6cd5 (DBT)<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthdirect.gov.au\/dialectical-behaviour-therapy-dbt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DBT \u662f\u7279\u5b9a\u65bc\u60c5\u7dd2\u8abf\u7bc0\u7684 CBT \u7684\u5b50\u985e\u5225<\/a>. DBT \u6700\u521d\u662f\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\u908a\u7de3\u6027\u4eba\u683c\u969c\u7919\u60a3\u8005\u800c\u958b\u767c\u7684\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u6b63\u5ff5\u3001\u6297\u58d3\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u60c5\u7dd2\u8abf\u7bc0\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u98f2\u98df\u5931\u8abf\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u6feb\u7528\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5\u4e00\u5c0d\u4e00\u548c\u5c0f\u7d44\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u9032\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5fc3\u7406\u52d5\u529b\u7642\u6cd5<\/h3>\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u5f0f\u5e6b\u52a9\u5ba2\u6236\u7406\u89e3\u60c5\u7dd2\u548c\u7121\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u5275\u50b7\u5f8c\u61c9\u6fc0\u969c\u7919\u3001\u5275\u50b7\u3001\u6291\u9b31\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u6216\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u554f\u984c\u3002\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u8ac7\u8a71\u7642\u6cd5\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/au\/therapy-types\/psychodynamic-therapy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5fc3\u7406\u52d5\u529b\u7642\u6cd5<\/a> \u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u5ba2\u6236\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u89e6\u767c\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>\u7cbe\u795e\u75c5\u5b78<\/h3>\n<p><a
