<a href=\"https:\/\/www.relationshipsnsw.org.au\/zh_hk\/blog\/valentines-day-alone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u60b2\u50b7<\/a>\uff0c\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u4e94\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u975e\u7dda\u6027\u7684\u3001\u91cd\u8907\u7684\u6216\u5169\u8005\u517c\u5177\u3002<\/p><div><p><span var(--global-font-weight-body);\">\u201c\u6307\u5357\u7e3d\u662f\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5c07\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u5438\u5f15\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u95dc\u9375\u6982\u5ff5\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u5011\u5f9e\u4f86\u90fd\u4e0d\u662f\u8a73\u76e1\u7121\u907a\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u7dda\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u201d\u6211\u5011\u7684\u9996\u5e2d\u57f7\u884c\u5b98\u517c\u81e8\u5e8a\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6 Elisabeth Shaw \u89e3\u91cb\u9053\u3002 \u201c\u5728\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u64da\u751f\u6d3b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6216\u751f\u6d3b\u66f2\u7dda\u7403\u9032\u51fa\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/p><p>\u5728\u9019\u88e1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8a73\u7d30\u4ecb\u7d39\u4e86\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u60a8\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u95dc\u4fc2\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u3002\u901a\u904e\u8b58\u5225\u9019\u4e9b\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u7684\u4f34\u4fb6\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u77e5\u9053\u5982\u4f55\u514b\u670d\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u84ec\u52c3\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>1. \u76f8\u8b58\/\u5438\u5f15\uff1a\u8ff7\u4eba\u7684\u958b\u59cb<\/h2><p>\u521d\u59cb\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7a31\u70ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.relationshipsnsw.org.au\/zh_hk\/blog\/starting-new-relationship-advice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201c\u871c\u6708\u968e\u6bb5\u201d<\/a> \u4ee5\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u6fc0\u60c5\u3001\u8208\u596e\u548c\u8ff7\u6200\u70ba\u7279\u5fb5\u3002\u60c5\u611f\u548c\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u706b\u82b1\u56db\u6ea2\uff0c\u8b93\u9019\u500b\u958b\u59cb\u901a\u5e38\u6210\u70ba\u6700\u96e3\u5fd8\u548c\u73cd\u60dc\u7684\u6642\u523b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u5207\u4f3c\u4e4e\u90fd\u5f88\u5b8c\u7f8e\u3002\u7576\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u7684\u4f34\u4fb6\u6295\u5165\u6642\u9593\u548c\u7cbe\u529b\u4f86\u4e86\u89e3\u5f7c\u6b64\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u6bb5\u767c\u73fe\u548c\u63a2\u7d22\u7684\u8ff7\u4eba\u6642\u5149\u3002\u00a0<\/p><p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8173\u8e0f\u5be6\u5730\u4e5f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u7576\u4f60\u525b\u525b\u6200\u611b\u6642\uff0c\u5927\u8166\u4e2d\u6703\u91cb\u653e\u50ac\u7522\u7d20\u3001\u8840\u6e05\u7d20\u548c\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u9019\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u4f60\u5c0d\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u8208\u596e\u548c\u6e34\u671b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5ffd\u7565\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u6703\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u7279\u5fb5\u6216\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u3002\u6700\u521d\u7684\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u4e5f\u6703\u6d88\u9000\uff0c\u4f46 \u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5b83\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5e0c\u671b\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u592b\u59bb\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u5171\u540c\u4eab\u53d7\u7684\u65b0\u6d3b\u52d5\u4f86\u6311\u6230\u5c0d\u65b9\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5728\u6574\u500b\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\u7dad\u6301\u9019\u4e9b\u8208\u9ad8\u91c7\u70c8\u7684\u611f\u89ba\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u69cb\u5efa\uff1a\u932f\u7d9c\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u4e2d\u9593<\/h2><p>\u9019\u662f\u73fe\u5be6\u5b89\u5b9a\u4e0b\u4f86\u4e26\u4e14\u95dc\u4fc2\u53ef\u4ee5\u771f\u6b63\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u6fc0\u60c5\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u5982\u201c\u871c\u6708\u201d\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u548c\u4f60\u7684\u4f34\u4fb6\u4ecd\u7136\u88ab\u6d6a\u6f2b\u7684\u611b\u60c5\u806f\u7e6b\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002\u4f60\u5011\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u964c\u751f\u4eba\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5f88\u6e05\u695a\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u548c\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u4f60\u5011\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u59cb\u63a5\u53d7\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\uff0c\u53cd\u904e\u4f86\uff0c\u5f7c\u6b64\u4e4b\u9593\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u81ea\u5728\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u66f4\u6df1\u5c64\u6b21\u7684\u60c5\u611f\u806f\u7e6b\u3002<\/p><p>\u5177\u6709\u8af7\u523a\u610f\u5473\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u885d\u7a81\u548c\u6311\u6230\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5730\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u3002\u9019\u662f\u932f\u7d9c\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u4e2d\u9593\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u5011\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u5404\u7a2e\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.relationshipsnsw.org.au\/zh_hk\/blog\/having-difficult-conversations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u8655\u7406\u5206\u6b67\u3001\u5206\u6b67<\/a> \u4ee5\u53ca\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u73fe\u5be6\u3002\u5065\u5eb7\u6210\u9577 <a
