\u5728\u60a8\u6240\u611b\u7684\u4eba\u6709\u9700\u8981\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u5f88\u591a\u4e8b\u60c5\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u9019 <a href=\"https:\/\/news.harvard.edu\/gazette\/story\/2017\/04\/over-nearly-80-years-harvard-study-has-been-showing-how-to-live-a-healthy-and-happy-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u95dc\u4fc2\u5065\u5eb7\u8207\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u806f\u7e6b<\/a> \u4f3c\u4e4e\u5f88\u76f4\u89c0\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u5b83\u5728\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5e38\u5e38\u88ab\u4f4e\u4f30\u3002\u826f\u597d\u7684\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u5c0d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u793e\u6703\u95dc\u4fc2\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u81ea\u5c0a\u3001\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u611f\u53d7 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.relationshipsnsw.org.au\/zh_hk\/blog\/become-more-empathetic-relationships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5171\u60c5<\/a>
