Your Journey With Us
We believe your experience with us should be clear, respectful, and grounded in human connection from the moment you first engage with us. We're committed to keeping you informed and supported. Below is a guide to what happens after you apply:
1. Applying for a role
Found a role that fits? Here’s what to do:
- Click ‘Apply for Job’
- Complete your application and upload your CV
- Read and accept the privacy policy
We’ll send a confirmation email right away. Every submission is personally reviewed by our Recruitment Team or Hiring Manager, so you can be sure your application gets the attention it deserves. We promise to get back to you with an outcome and will keep your details on file for three months in case another great opportunity comes up.
2. Phone interview
3. First interview
4. Second interview (if applicable)
5. Background checks
As we move forward, we’ll ask you for the contact details of two professional referees – ideally, former managers. These conversations help us get a fuller picture of your experience.
We’ll take care of the required police check, and will also confirm your working rights and qualifications. You’ll be responsible for holding a valid Working With Children Check, and we’ll guide you through what’s needed if you don’t already have one.
6. Offer and onboarding
If it feels like a great fit, we’ll be in touch with a verbal offer – Our first step to welcoming you to the team. Once you accept, we’ll send a written contract for you to sign electronically, making the process quick and easy.
To ensure you feel right at home even before you start, your new manager will send you a welcome email with everything you need for your first day.
