Take the lead in delivering life-changing group programs, both online and in-person where you'll facilitate skill-building for adults and children on topics ranging from parenting and communication to mental wellbeing.
If you join our Community Builders team, you’ll engage with multicultural communities and schools throughout Northern Sydney. Your direct support will empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, fostering resilience and connection. This includes delivering a variety of essential services and workshops, often utilising multiple languages to maximise community support and growth.

- Relationship Educator
- Group Work Leader
- Team Leader of Relationship Education Programs
We offer full time and part time opportunities at our West Ryde Centre and remotely in the North Sydney Region.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum Diploma-level qualification in counselling, psychology, social work, adult education, community welfare, or a similar field, including formal group work training.
- Demonstrated experience working with adults, children, and families within an educational setting, with a strong background in group facilitation.
