As part of the Family Resolution team, you’ll help people navigate the challenging conflicts that follow separation. You’ll offer a safe, supportive space, using skills like mediation and therapeutic conflict management to ensure both parties are heard.
By focusing on the children’s needs throughout the process, you’ll help families find a constructive path forward and build a more stable future for their children.

- Team Leader at a Family Relationship Centre
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registration with the Australian Government Attorney General’s Department Register of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners
- A relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrable experience delivering complex casework to couples or families undergoing relationship conflict or separation are highly regarded for Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners
