Here to support you

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling offers you and your partner a neutral space to talk through challenges together. Sessions can explore communication difficulties or emotional distance, talk through concerns, clarify what each of you needs and consider options for moving forward.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling gives you one‑to‑one support when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, stuck, or are navigating a difficult time. Sessions focus on what matters most to you, at your pace, in a space where you can speak openly and be heard.

Commonly Asked Questions

Is counselling for me?

Sometimes we all need some extra support and guidance to help find ways to move forward. Counselling can offer you practical tools and strategies to help you overcome challenges and look at things from a different perspective. Our counselling services are welcoming, non-judgemental and suitable for individuals, couples, and families. If you are in crisis, experiencing domestic or family violence, or have made the decision to separate, we have additional services that we can offer.

How much do sessions cost?

We don’t want cost to be a barrier to getting support. That’s why we aim to keep our counselling fees as low as possible. Sessions are charged on a sliding scale, based on your income, so fees are adjusted to reflect your circumstances. You can download our Fee Schedule here. If you have access, language, or interpreter needs, let us know and we’ll do our best to support you.

Where are you located?

In‑person and online options are available in many locations. We have centre locations in Penrith, Central Coast, Blacktown, Bathurst, Sydney City, Macquarie Park, Dee Why,  the Hunter, Illawarra, and Parramatta, and can offer online sessions state-wide where appropriate to your circumstances.
