My practitioner is gifted at this process and enabling a way forward
Thank you very much for your help. Nice to feel like I’m not a bad person
I personally would like to thank each one of you for your assistance over these past few months "Managing Strong Emotion, Self Esteem & Communication" (groups) the programs you provide are in my opinion awesome to those of us attempting to change.
Mental health is a negative game & can affect many people, if they don't know how to turn on the positive switch.
Thanks for being my heroes in 2017!!
I have been so lucky to have some counselling sessions at the Bathurst Centre and I'm extremely happy with the service I received. I have learnt skills and they listened to me during the time I didn't have anyone to talk to and couldn't do much to change the situation around me. The peace that I have kept in my memories from those sessions are still with me and I'm grateful for all the support that I received.
