Overview

Who It's For

It is for people living in central and eastern Sydney who are eligible for government-funded aged care, but don't currently have support they can rely on or trust. This includes people who have difficulties due to language or literacy, are reluctant to engage, those who find it hard to understand or make decisions, or are in an unsafe situation without care.

How We Help

We'll listen and work with you to access the care you need including talking to My Aged Care on your behalf, arranging and supporting you at assessments, finding providers in your area, completing forms and helping you understand service agreements. We'll also connect you with support to assist with other challenges.

What to Expect

We have specialised staff who support people with childhood experiences of institutional and foster care. Our empathetic team understands the ongoing impacts of those experiences and can support you to get the care you need. We're based in Parramatta, but can offer support statewide via our phone and online services.
