EAP Employee Assistance Program
Who is it for?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supports employees of organisations in dealing with personal, family and/or work-related concerns that may impact their wellbeing, work performance, health and safety, or workplace morale. This service is of considerable benefit to both the employee and the organisation. Organisations may also choose to have the EAP service available to immediate family of employees, recognising this as an important work-life integration support.
What will it be like?
An EAP supports organisations to provide both preventative and proactive interventions for both work and personal issues that may adversely affect the performance and wellbeing of their employees.
A prospectus is available outlining service options, pricing and availability. Seminars, workshops & coaching can all be tailored to meet specific needs and objectives of the organisation.

No referral is required. Employees of participating organisations can book this program by either calling us on 1300 172 327 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The counselling aspect of EAP can be delivered either face to face or online however the first session needs to be face to face as the client will need to sign the counselling intake forms.
Fees can vary depending on the size of the organisation and the services being provided.
