This program is for women who wish to build their confidence after experiences of stress or challenges in their relationships.
How We Help
Sharing and listening to others with similar experiences can make you feel less isolated and our facilitators will provide practical tools to help you build confidence, communication and self-esteem.
What to Expect
Our facilitators provide a safe and welcoming space for eight to 12 participants. You’ll have the opportunity to listen and share with others who share similar challenges. Facilitators provide practical methods to build on your strengths to improve self-confidence and relationships with others.

Eight sessions, over eight weeks
Two hours per session
Price
Fees are determined based on your income at a level affordable to you. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay.

This group workshop is available face-to-face and online.
