This program is for women who wish to build their confidence after experiences of stress or challenges in their relationships.
How We Help
Sharing and listening to others with similar experiences can make you feel less isolated and our facilitators will provide practical tools to help you build confidence, communication and self-esteem.
What to Expect
Our facilitators provide a safe and welcoming space for 8-12 participants. You’ll have the opportunity to listen and share with others who share similar challenges. Facilitators provide practical methods to build on your strengths to improve self-confidence and relationships with others.

Eight sessions, over eight weeks
Two hours per session
Price
Fees are determined based on your income at a level affordable to you. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay.

How to Enrol
Registration Form
Complete the enquiry form below to register your interest in this program.
You’ll then be emailed a Client Registration Form to complete. Complete the form and email it back to us so that we can progress your application.
Assessment Call
We’ll book you in for a one-hour call with a team member to assess if this program suits your needs, and explain what to expect. You can also ask any questions you may have.
Please note: Due to high demand, the average wait time for an assessment is currently eight weeks.
Waitlist
If the program is a good fit, and are interested in joining, we’ll add you to the waitlist for the next available program.
Please note: All groups for the rest of 2024 are at capacity, and next intakes will commence in February 2025.
