The core of our work focuses on enhancing relationships. This involves working with individuals, couples and family groups. Services draw on expertise in counselling and family dispute resolution, relationship education, family safety programs and information and referral.

Here at the Illawarra, we have a friendly and experienced team of Intake Officers, Child and Family Counsellors and Group Educators. Our team members are qualified in areas such as Social Work, Psychology, Counselling and Family Dispute Resolution.
We pride ourselves on creating a safe and inclusive environment for all our clients. Our Intake staff can assist you with information regarding our services as well as helping you to book an appointment. We’re here to help you build relationships that are safe, strong and healthy.

Ability Groupwork
Providing support to people affected by the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability (Disability Royal Commission). We also support parents, guardians, other family members and carers of people living with a disability.
Touchstone & Family Therapy
Do you have difficulties resolving family relationship issues as a parent with your teenager? Our Touchstone services work with teenagers and their families to provide customised solutions that will work for both young people and their families.
Counselling
Our counselling services are a convenient, affordable way to get the support you need without the requirement of a physical appointment.
Relationship Education Programs
Providing a wide range of group programs and seminars that support whoever walks in our doors to face the challenges that relationships present.
Parenting Order Programs (POP)
Parenting Order Program (POP) is particularly useful if you are experiencing conflict in adhering to parenting orders made by the court, or as agreed with your former partner in an outside court settlement. This program will assist you to reduce conflict and stay focused on your children's needs.
Employee Assistance Program
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supports employees of organisations in dealing with personal, family and/or work-related concerns that may impact their wellbeing, work performance, health and safety, or workplace morale.
