We welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples of all ages and their families living in Sydney’s north. Leaders, school staff and other service providers for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are also welcome.

Caber-ra nanga offers a range of opportunities focussing on connection, spirituality, cultural immersion, healing and belonging.
What to Expect
We offer individual case work for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in response to individual needs and mental health challenges, as well as specialised Identity and Wellbeing Workshops. The service is available via telehealth.

What We Offer
Tailored Support
Our Caber-ra nanga Engagement Officer will work closely with an individual and their family to offer access to appropriate educational tools, counselling support, cultural safety plans, and referrals to relevant services as needed, such as support groups.
Identity and Wellbeing Workshops
Our Identity and Wellbeing Workshops include family tree mapping for relevant clients to increase their sense of identity, culture and wellbeing.
Support For Other Organisations
We help other organisations build capacity and provide accessible, quality and culturally safe mental, social and physical health services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
Aboriginal Counselling Services
We provide culturally sensitive and safe counselling services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, free of charge.
