Tulsi van de Graaff
A former lawyer with a psychology degree, Tulsi is a nationally accredited mediator, therapist, and leadership coach working with organisations to help them solve their communication, conflict, leadership and workplace culture challenges.
Tulsi was previously an investigator and mediator of discrimination complaints at the Australian Human Rights Commission and a child protection investigator for the Department of Education.
She is a regular speaker and presenter for the Institute of Public Administration Australia and the Leadership Institute on topics including Resilience, Avoiding Burnout, Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, Mindful Leadership, and Building a Positive Performance Culture.
Peter Smith
Peter Smith is an experienced counsellor, coach and facilitator, having initially trained at the Cairnmillar Institute in Melbourne 30 years ago.
With further studies in adult education, psychology, and group therapy, Peter now works with not-for-profits, charities, non-government agencies, and other businesses across a range of industries, and is one of a select few facilitators in Australia to be contracted to the United Nations around the world.
He's also worked with organisations including World Vision, Qantas, and Barclays.
Dr. Holi Birman
Holi is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist, specialising in relational work with individuals, families, and couples to foster interpersonal safety and meaningful connections.
With a PhD in Social Science and extensive research in relationships, caregiving, and transitions, Holi brings over a decade of experience as a tertiary educator, facilitator, and sociologist to her practice.
Her expertise also extends to navigating communication, conflict, and workplace culture challenges within organisations, making her a valuable resource for both personal and professional growth.
