Couples who wish to strengthen their connection, by gaining a deeper understanding of each other and learning how to nourish a healthy relationship.

How We Help

We’ve worked with couples for 75 years, so we know what makes a solid relationship. During this program, couples will discover new ways to support each other and cope positively with the normal stresses experienced in relationships and family life.

What to Expect

Through information, discussion, and self-reflection, you’ll be given the strategies and tools to build on strengths within yourself and your relationship.


Eight sessions, over eight weeks
Two hours each week


Fees are determined based on your income at a level affordable to you. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay.

What you’ll learn

During this group program, you and your partner will work through:

Clarifying any problems in your relationship
Understanding and valuing your differences and needs
The effects of stress on your relationship, including anxiety and depression
Safely expressing feelings with each other
Managing relationship conflict constructively
Planning for ongoing change

Our group workshops are perfect for those looking to build their relationship skills in a safe, supportive and collaborative group environment, led by our expert facilitators. We cover a huge range of topics, from parenting techniques to developing mental wellbeing practices – and offer groups throughout the year, both online and face-to-face.
If you’re unable to attend a session, please contact our client services team by calling 1300 364 277 or emailing us, and we will let your Group Leaders know. Please note – for those who’ve been court-ordered to attend one of our group programs (such as our Men’s Behaviour Change program), participants must attend at least 80% of the workshop’s scheduled sessions in order to receive a statement of attendance.
