Managing Strong Emotions is a 6-session group for people who are seeking support to better deal with strong emotions that may be causing issues in their relationships. This type of emotion may include anger, grief or jealousy.

Self Esteem and Communication

Self Esteem & Communication is an 8-session group for those who wish to develop their self-confidence, communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. This may be in relation to previous stresses or difficulties in their current relationships at work, home or in the community.

Handling stress in challenging times

The ‘Handling Stress in Challenging Times’ online workshop is designed for participants to identify the signs of stress and help them learn how to manage their own stress responses and develop resources to assist them to cope in this current climate of COVID-19.

Getting Focused

This is a fortnightly group for men attending the Men’s Behaviour Change (MBC) Program who are currently accessing its casework program and waiting for the next Taking Responsibility group to commence.

Managing Anger is an 8-session group for people who need help and support for their anger-related issues. It is suitable for individuals who want to identify the signs of anger and help them learn how to manage their own anger as well as anger from others.
