Who is it for?
This group is for adults who have or are experiencing feelings of anxiety and stress during these challenging times. Mindfulness practice can help support better mental health and help find happiness in our lives.
What will it be like?
Four weeks of interactive groupwork, educational and experiential mindfulness research and practice. Journals are given for practice throughout the week between sessions to help increase gratitude skills. It helps participants create an individualised, achievable and effective daily mindfulness practice.
Our seminars include 8-12 participants. The group leaders provide information, facilitate discussion, allow for self-reflection, goal setting and learning new skills. You will experience a positive, practical approach that builds on strengths within yourself and in your relationships. Participating in a seminar program is an effective way to gain the confidence to turn negative ways of managing stress and anxiety into positive ones, manage strong emotions constructively and create the future you want.
