Supporting yourself and your family to respond to eco-anxiety, grief and anger while strengthening resilience in our changing world.

Who is it for?

Are you worried about the impact of recent natural disasters on your life and the lives of children and young people?
The devastating summer bushfires followed by a global pandemic has left many people feeling stressed and anxious about the future.
Anxiety is understandable in these uncertain times.

What will it be like?

The seminar will introduce you to:

• Skills to empower your resiliency so you can support children and others to cope with the challenges of climate change and global pandemics.
• Strengthen your connection to your community and nature to sustain yourself
• Strategies to make changes in your own life that will contribute to a positive future.

The seminar is designed for a small group of participants for maximum sharing of ideas.
