Family Relationship Centre
If you or someone you know is separated or in the process of separating, our Family Relationship Centres (FRC) can help. We provide a safe and confidential environment where families can access information and support and where appropriate family dispute resolution (mediation).
ICP, which is often shortened to Collaborative Practice is like mediation but with a team. We will work together with you and your former spouse or partner, providing assistance in making arrangements for children, and sorting out financial and property matters.
Circle of Security
Circle of Security is a program designed for parents and carers of children aged 0-12 years who want to strengthen the bonds with their children and would like support to help their children to build secure relationships.
Bringing Up Great Kids
Bringing up Great Kids is an evidence based FREE 4 week program for parents with children of any age. This program will assist parents with communication, parenting techniques and encouraging respectful relationships between parents and their children.
Communicating with Kids
The Communicating with Kids seminar is for parents who want strategies and ideas to enhance communication with kids in order to enhance family relationships. This seminar will help you to understand how children communicate, both verbally and other ways.
Western Sydney Family Referral Service
If you are looking for assistance to link you and your family with local services, Western Sydney Family Referral Service assists vulnerable families, young people and children to cope in difficult times and will be able to link you with services and support networks to meet your needs.
Aftercare Resource Centre (ARC)
Whether you are preparing to leave out-of-home care, or you have left your care arrangements and are transitioning into independent living, the Aftercare Resource Centre (ARC) can provide you with support and information that will enable you to start the process of independent living effectively.
Me & My Friend
Me & My Friend is an 8-session group program designed to help children aged 5-12 years old who have had difficulties in building their confidence and self-esteem. This may be related to issues in their family, at school or within their friendship groups.
Kidspace is an 8 session group for 5 to 12 year olds who have experienced violence in their families. Parents and children will be guided to improve communication, minimise conflict and build stronger relationships through discussion, games and activities designed to encourage support and cooperation. Families also benefit from meeting and engaging with other families who are experiencing similar challenges.

RAPS -Adolescent Mediation and Family Therapy
Do you have difficulties in resolving family relationship issues as a parent with your teenager? RAPS works with teenagers and their families to provide customised solutions that will work for both the young person and the family.
Surviving Adolescence is a program designed for parents and carers to better cope with the challenges associated with parenting an adolescent and encourage stronger relationships, communication and problem resolution as young people move towards adulthood.
Building Healthy Relationships
Building Healthy Relationships is an educational seminar that supports school students to understand the nature of healthy relationships. This program is suitable for school communities with 15 to 18-year-old students who will gain a greater understanding of healthy relationships and how they can develop these relationships within their families and communities.
Understanding Bullying is a seminar for parents and carers who would like guidance on how to effectively support their child who may have experienced bullying in the past or be experiencing it currently.
Children’s Contact Service
Our Children’s Contact Service provides support for children and their separated parents to build and maintain secure relationships through supervised contact visits. It also offers a place for the safe transfer of children between separated parents and/or carers.
Triple P is a parenting program for families that provides practical answers to everyday parenting concerns. This group program gives you the opportunity to develop skills, gain support from other parent/carers, and view video demonstrations of core parenting skills.
Kids In Care
Kid in Care is a 6-8 session group for parents whose children are not in their care. The group helps parents to deal with the grief and loss experienced when their children are in out of home care and explores positive strategies for dealing with their circumstances.
Managing Children’s Behaviour
Managing Children’s Behaviour is for parents and carers who would like to build better relationships with their children and support and guidance when faced with the challenge of managing difficult behaviour in their children.
Touchstone -Adolescent Mediation and Family Therapy
Do you have difficulties resolving family relationship issues as a parent with your teenager? Our Touchstone services work with teenagers and their families to provide customised solutions that will work for both young people and their families.
Parenting Order Programs (POP)
Parenting Order Program (POP) is particularly useful if you are experiencing conflict in adhering to parenting orders made by the court, or as agreed with your former partner in an outside court settlement. This program will assist you to reduce conflict and stay focused on your children's needs.
Connected Kids and Families
Connected Kids and Families is aimed at parents and children aged 7-12 years. This fun, activity based group aims to build closer connections, improve communication, minimise conflict and build stronger relationships between children and their parents.
