Self Esteem & Communication is an 8-session group for women who wish to develop their self-confidence, communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. This may be in relation to previous stresses or difficulties in their current relationships at work, home or in the community.

This group program is designed for individuals who are supporting someone who is recovering from a recent suicide attempt. Being in a group offers a safe, supportive environment where you can share your thoughts and ideas, and learn from others experiencing similar challenges.
Managing Anger is an 8-session group for people who need help and support for their anger-related issues. It is suitable for individuals who want to identify the signs of anger and help them learn how to manage their own anger as well as anger from others.
Reduce Stress for Individuals
This seminar is suitable for individuals trying to manage their excess stress and find positive ways to cope and thrive. Please note: It is not recommended that couples attend this seminar together.
Men Maintaining Change
Men: Maintaining Change is an ongoing support group for men who have completed a Men’s Behaviour Change Group. The group enables men to meet together in a group setting and provides them with an opportunity to assist each other in maintaining the challenges of behaviour change.

Managing After Separation is an 8-session group for people who have recently separated and would like support to move forward in a positive way. The group aims to help participants to focus on their future and re-establish feelings of worth and hope.

Men and Relationships is an 8-session group for men who may have experienced difficulties in their relationships and want to work on building open, respectful connections with partners, family and friends.
This empowering workshop, run by Relationships Australia staff at the Blacktown Women and Girls’ Health Centre, is for women who are interested in gaining the skills and support needed to achieve and maintain their goals.
Managing Strong Emotions
Managing Strong Emotions is a 6-session group for people who are seeking support to better deal with strong emotions that may be causing issues in their relationships. This type of emotion may include anger, grief or jealousy.

Men’s Matters is an ongoing monthly support group for men who have completed a group with Relationships Australia. The group is held in a safe, non-judgmental environment that fosters healthy and supportive relationships.
